1. We will happily replace or refund faulty goods.  Simply contact us with the details and we will arrange for replacements.

2. We will notify customers when items are out of stock, and provide an estimate of the waiting time for pre-orders.

3. We use Paypal to process our credit card payments and accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.  We also accept cheques and goods will be sent out as soon as the funds have cleared.

4. When making payment it is imperative that you supply all the requested information as it appears on your card.  Ownership of the title or product will not transfer to you until payment has been received in full for the item(s).

5. We welcome customers under the age of 18 but any orders must be in conjuction with consent and participation of an adult.

6. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days and refunded payments will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods provided they are unused and unspoilt.

7. We use a minimum amount of material to wrap our products - we feel there is enough pointless packaging in the world without us contributing.

8. We regret that we currently only deliver to UK addresses.  Delivery to address in Chandler's Ford are free.
